Nestled conveniently along Roxas Airport Access Road in Roxas City, Ysabel's Steaks and Ribs stands out as a beloved dining destination that expertly blends authentic Chinese flavors with a unique twist on classic grilled delights. This restaurant is a celebration of hearty, mouthwatering food, most notably their signature steaks and ribs, which promise tender, smoky satisfaction with every bite. For those seeking a fun and flavorful experience, the Mongolian buffet is a highlight that truly captures the spirit of communal dining.

The Mongolian buffet, available every Thursday and Saturday, invites guests to build their ideal bowl from a vibrant array of fresh ingredients and spices. Imagine a sizzling skillet filled with savory marinated meats, crisp vegetables, and bold sauces that come together in a harmonious dance of textures and flavors. Though one guest noted that Saturdays can get quite busy—leading to some delays in ingredient availability—the overall value remains impressive at just 300 PHP, iced tea included. It’s the perfect balance of affordability and abundance, ideal for adventurous eaters or those looking to sample a little bit of everything.

The atmosphere at Ysabel's Steaks and Ribs is warm and inviting, imbued with a casual, friendly vibe that mirrors the laid-back yet lively spirit of Roxas City itself. For those who appreciate a well-chilled beer to complement their meal, this spot is reputed to serve "the coldest beer in town," adding the perfect refreshing contrast to the rich, savory dishes.

Great variety of options for the Mongolian buffet. Good value also for 300PHP including iced tea (dont fill up on it though...classic buffet tactic). Came on a Saturday which was too busy and really affected the buffet (no ingredients ready for you to build your bowl, so took around 90 minutes just to eat 2 or 3 bowls) which was really disappointing. Didnt want to be too judgemental as you could see the staff were working hard but maybe just catching up with demand, so decided to try again mid week which was a million times better. Less traffic inside and far wider range available. Great quality also. But as I say, maybe avoid on a Saturday at peak time (7-9pm). Think the other times they offer the Mongolian BBQ is Tues and Thursdays (6-10pm?)

Coldest beer in town. Authentic chinese cuisine. Mongolian buffet every thursday and saturday
